SLVU2.8 Protection Device
The STMicroelectronics SLVU2.8 protection device is a low voltage unit designed to protect (1 Gbps and 10 Gbps) Ethernet lines. The STMicroelectronics SLVU2.8 protection device features low capacitance and surge capability compatible with IEC 61000-4-5 class 2 (q kV, 42 Ω, 24 A). The STMicroelectronics SLVU2.8 is packaged in SO-8 and has a flow-through design that minimizes trace inductances.
