MASW Series RF Switches: MACOM Tech MASW series RF switches provide a broad frequency spectrum from DC to greater than 70GHz. MACOM Tech MASW switches are offered with silicon HMIC, AlGaAs, pHEMT, and MESFET technologies. MACOM Tech also offers 75Ω switches. The HMIC PIN diode process is ideal for high power and broadband switches operating up to 20GHz. The AlGaAs PIN diode switches have an upper frequency range of 70GHz and beyond. GaAs pHEMT and MESFET technology are used in MASW fast switching and low control voltage switches optimized for both narrow band and broadband applications. The 75Ω absorptive switches are designed specifically for demanding CATV, FTTx and DBS Infrastructure, and CPE applications. MASW series RF switches are ideal for applications used in the commercial, aerospace, and defense markets.

MASW-010350/351 High Isolation RF Switches: MACOM's MASW-010350/351 High Isolation RF Switches are industry leading high isolation single pole four throw (SP4T) or single pole five throw (SP5T) switches. These devices are designed to take advantage of separate GaAs pHEMT switch die and CMOS driver die. The switch circuit design is symmetric, and combined with a separate CMOS decoder, allows it to maintain an excellent combination of insertion loss and isolation for all states. This makes these devices ideal for band switching in multi-channel and multi-mode base-station applications, as well as other applications where a compact, high isolation, switch is required.Learn More
