The LTM4630-1A/LTM4630-1B are dual 18A or single 36A output step-down μModule® (power module) regulators with ±0.8% (LTM4630-1A) and ±1.5% (LTM4630-1B) total DC output error, respectively, with ±3% transient output error. Included in the package are the switching controller, power FETs, inductors, and all supporting components. External compensation allows for fast transient response to minimize output capacitance when powering FPGAs, ASICs, and processors. With synchronized multiphase parallel current sharing, four LTM4630-1 devices can deliver up to 144A. The LTM4630-1 is offered in a 16mm × 16mm × 5.01 BGA package. Analog Devices µModule® Power Products are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC/DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors. The devices are housed in compact, surface mount BGA or LGA packages. µModule power products support functions like Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), Battery Charger, Isolated Converter, and LED driver.
LTM46xx µModule Regulators
Analog Devices LTM46xx µModule Regulators are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC-DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors in a compact, surface-mount BGA or LGA package. The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), and Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features. Select products are low-EMI solution compliant with EN55022 class B standards, CISPR 22 (Class B) & CISPR 25 (Class 5). The compact and highly integrated design of the µModule power products addresses time and space constraints while delivering highly reliable and efficient performance. 
LTM4630/A Dual/Single DC/DC μModule Regulators
Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM4630/A Dual 18A or Single 36A DC/DC μModule Regulators have a high efficiency design that operates from a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V. The LTM4630/A output voltage range is supported by two outputs that deliver 18A continuous current each, individually set by a single external resistor. A small number of input and output capacitors are needed for the regulators. The LTM4630/A features a onboard temperature diode for device temperature monitoring, Burst Mode®, multiphase operation, frequency synchronization, and overvoltage/overcurrent protection. The DC/DC μModule regulators enable a very fast transient response to line and load changes by the high switching frequency and a current mode architecture, without sacrificing stability.Learn More
