NX18P3001 Power Switch: NXP NX18P3001 advanced bidirectional power switch and ESD protection device is designed for combined USB-OTG and charger port applications. An included undervoltage lockout, overvoltage lockout, and overtemperature protection circuits are designed to automatically isolate the power switch terminals when a fault condition occurs. The NX18P3001 is designed for operation from 3.2V to 17.5V and a maximum continuous current of 3A.
