IPS4260L Quad Low-side Intelligent Power Switch
STMicroelectronics IPS4260L Quad Low-side Intelligent Power Switch is a monolithic, high-speed device, designed to drive up to four independent capacitive, resistive, or inductive loads with one side connected to supply voltage.  The IPS4260L features four integrated inductive catch diodes, which clamp the turn-off transients generated by inductive loads combined with proper external TVS allowing fast decay even with huge inductance. Each channel is protected by the overload protection limiting the output current in case of overload.
