These glass passivated diodes are available with a zener voltage range of 5.1V to 200V. They feature low leakage, low inductance and built-in strain relief. They are ideal for use in stabilizing supply rails from higher voltages and providing reference voltages for circuits. Packaged in a space-saving, low-profile DO-214AA surface mount case, these diodes are halogen and lead free and fully RoHS Compliant.Learn More
