AL3066 LED Driver: Diodes Inc. AL3066 LED Driver is a high-efficiency boost controller and 4-channel LED driver for WLED backlight applications. The LED current of this 4-channel driver is programmed from 20mA to 400mA with one external resistor. The AL3066 LED driver supports both PWM dimming and PWM to analog dimming mode to provide flexible design options. The LED current match between any channel is ±1.5% (typical). The robust protection option includes current-limit, soft-start, Schottky diode short and open protection, programmable OVP, OTP, and inductor short-circuit protection. Typical applications include TV/Monitor LCD panel backlight, DC-DC boost LED-lighting, and supports a simple enhancement of MOSFETs.
