Wolfspeed Z-Rec Rectifier Diodes provide extremely fast switching with virtually no switching losses. This is accomplished by high-frequency operation and temperature-independent switching behavior. These devices also offer the ability to parallel devices without thermal runaway, reducing heat sink requirements.Unipolar Wolfspeed Z-Rec SiC Schottky Diodes can replace bipolar rectifiers and are ideal for use in switch mode power supplies, power factor correction, and motor drives. These 650V Rectifier Diodes are offered in 12A (C3D12065) and 16A (C3D16065A) versions, and are are supplied in halogen-free, RoHS compliant, REACH certified TO-220-2 packages.Learn More
