STMicroelectronics STM32F101xF / STM32F101xG XL-density STM32 Access Line microcontrollers incorporate the high-performance ARM Cortex™-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a 36MHz frequency, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 1 MB and SRAM of 80KB), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. All STMicroelectronics STM32F101xF and STM32F101xG MCUs offer a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter, 10 general-purpose 16-bit timers, and standard and advance communications interfaces (up to two I²Cs, three SPIs, and five USARTs). The STM32F101xF / STM32F101xG XL-density Access Line operates in the -40 to +85ºC temperature range from a 2.0 to 3.6V power supply. A comprehensive set of power-saving mode options allows the design of low-power applications.
