ACNT-H313 2.5A Output IGBT Gate Drive Opto: Broadcom ACNT-H313 is a high-efficiency 2.5A gate drive optocoupler device in a 14.2mm stretched SO8 package. It's ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required by gate-controlled devices. The voltage and high peak output current supplied by this optocoupler can be used to drive an IGBT directly. For IGBTs with higher ratings, this optocoupler can be used to drive a discrete power stage, which drives the IGBT gate.
