SKYA21001 20MHz to 3GHz SPDT Switch
Skyworks SKYA21001 20MHz to 3GHz Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) Switch features low insertion loss and positive voltage operation. This SPDT switch is qualified JEDEC (JESD22) standard at 25°C and is AEC-Q100 qualified. The SKYA21001 SPDT switch is RoHS compliant and free from lead. The switch is available in a 6-pin 2mm x1.25mm ultra-miniature SC-70 package. Typical applications include infotainment, automated toll systems, GPS/navigation, garage door opener, telematics and other similar automotive applications.
