Switch LNA Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G: Qorvo Switch LNA Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G are 5G Sub 6GHz solutions covering bands, n77, n78 and n79 (i.e. 3.3GHz to 5GHz). These sub 6GHz switch LNA products integrate an LNA and high-power switch in a dual-channel configuration supporting Massive MIMO receiver systems. These switch LNA modules include a bypass mode with power down capability. They offer low insertion loss and low noise figure. Additionally, some are capable of operating in a high and low gain states.

QPB9318 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Modules: Qorvo QPB9318 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Modules are highly integrated front-end modules targeted for TDD base stations. The LNA switch module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high power switch in a dual channel configuration. Power down capability for the LNAs can be controlled with shut-down pins for the module.
