These LDO regulators feature high-accuracy output voltage, high ripple rejection, and compatibility with small ceramic capacitors. The CMOS LDO regulators offer excellent noise and load response characteristics despite its low circuit current consumption. Additional features include built-in Over Current Protection Circuit (OCP) and built-in Thermal Shutdown Circuit (TSD). These LDO regulators are most appropriate for various applications such as power supplies for logic IC, RF, and camera modules.
