BD570xx Qi / PMA Wireless Power ICs: ROHM Semiconductor BD570xx Qi / PMA Wireless Power ICs are integrated devices for wireless power charging. The BD57020MWV Wireless Power Transmitter IC is composed of inverters for the coil drive, a controller for the communication of the Qi compliant and demodulating circuit, a GPIO, TCXO buffer, and an I2C interface. The BD57015GWL Wireless Power Receiver IC integrates a fully synchronous rectifier circuit with low-impedance FETs, Qi compliant packet controller, adjustable regulated voltage output, and an open-drain output terminal. These devices communicate using amplitude modulation.
