IX9908 High Voltage Dimmable LED Drivers
IXYS Integrated Circuits IX9908 High Voltage Dimmable LED Drivers are quasi-resonant controllers optimized for phase-cut dimmable and off-line LED applications. These high-voltage LED drivers offer more than 98% of power factor and more than 90% of efficiency. The IX9908 dimmable LED drivers have a wide operating range up to 600V. These features of  IX9908 make it an excellent choice for quasi-resonant and offline flyback LED bulb designs. IX9908 is available in a standard 8-pin SOIC package.
