LIA13x Isolated Error Amplifiers
IXYS Integration Circuits LIA13x Isolated Error Amplifiers combine an optocoupler, precision reference and error amplifier  into a single package. Typical applications include power systems for workstations, telecom central office Supplies and telecom bricks.  The LIA130 optocoupler is made of a Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) LED optically coupled to a silicon phototransistor. The LIA130 has a transfer ratio from 300% and 600%. The LIA130 is optimal for use in isolated AC-to-DC power supplies and DC-to-DC converters and can replace several discrete components. These features save valuable circuit board space and reduce complexity.  The LIA135/LIA136 is made of an infrared LED optically coupled to an NPN phototransistor. The  LIA135/LIA136 has a current transfer ratio from 500% to 2000%. The 1.6V to 10V input voltage range allows low voltage performance and is guaranteed over the operational temperature range.Learn More
