STMicroelectronics VNHD7008AY H-bridge Motor Driver is an AEC-Q100 qualified, DC Motor Driver designed for automotive applications. The VNHD7008AY integrates a full protected dual high-side driver and the drivers and protections for the two external power MOSFETs in a low-side configuration.
