They then output the synthesized signal to control the external level shifter and power transistor. The BD6201xFS-E2 have a pin compatibility with BD62011FS, BD62012FS and BD62014FS, making replacement easy. The controllers have a wide variety of applications with an optimum motor drive and motor unit standardization.
