The STMicroelectronics STLD128DN high voltage fast-switching NPN power transistor offers high switching speeds, medium voltage capability, and maintains wide RBSOA. The STMicroelectronics STLD128DN is designed for lighting applications and low cost switch-mode power supplies. The STLD128DN power transistor features low spread of dynamic parameters and minimum lot-to-lot spread for reliable operation.
