QPA2308 5–6GHz 60Watt GaN Power Amplifier MMIC: Qorvo QPA2308 5–6GHz 60Watt GaN Power Amplifier MMIC is fabricated on Qorvo's production 0.25um GaN on SiC process (QGaN25). The QPA2308 covers the 5.0–6.0GHz range and provides > 60W of saturated output power. The device also provides > 21dB of large-signal gain while achieving > 47% power-added efficiency. The QPA2308 RF input port is DC coupled to the ground for optimum ESD performance. The QPA2308 RF ports have DC blocking capacitors and are matched to 50ohms. The QPA2308 can support a wide range of operating conditions, including CW operation. This makes it ideal for commercial and military systems. The device is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
