Operating over a 4:1 input range, TDK-Lambda Americas' CCG30S series DC-DC converters are enclosed in a 1" by 1", six-sided, shielded metal case. Applications include data communications, telecommunications, process-control equipment, broadcast equipment, battery-powered equipment, and test and measurement equipment.

The CCG30S is available with 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V, or 15 V outputs and can operate from either a 9 to 36 V_DC or 18 to 76 V_DC input. The wide range enables inventory reduction programs as the converters can operate from either 12 V and 24 V or 24 V and 48 V nominal inputs without the need to stock two parts.

With an operating efficiency of up to 91%, the CCG30S series will operate in ambient temperatures from -40 to 85°C. All models are backed by a five-year warranty and have a ±10% output trim function, remote on/off, and over-voltage and over-current protection.

The fully-isolated CCG series has an input to output isolation of 1,500 V_DC and 1,000 V_DC input or output to case. Safety certification includes IEC/EN 60950-1, UL/CSA 60950-1 with CE marking for the low-voltage and RoHS-2 directives.
